Two-factor authentication :
Procedure Steps : Open Instagram→Account→Settings→Security→Two-factor authentication→Get Started then chose Text massage and enter valid phone number→Next and complete the process.
Here you will find another option called Recovery Code which contains Recovery Code which you can use in your emergency when you do not have on your mobile no or phone but do not share it with anyone. Keep it hidden in a secret place.

Access data :

Download data :
